Custom fabrication work may vary slightly from images or descriptions due to the nature of welding and engineering.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in AUD and include GST (unless stated otherwise).
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
Payment must be made in full before products are shipped or before fabrication work begins.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship Australia-wide using trusted carriers.
Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

5. Returns & Refunds

Custom-made or fabricated parts are non-refundable unless faulty.
Standard parts may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging.
Refunds will be processed once items are inspected and approved.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty.

6. Engineering Certification

Where engineering certification is provided, it applies only to the work carried out by us.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their entire vehicle complies with relevant state and federal regulations.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Customers are responsible for correct installation and use of supplied parts.
Welding, fabrication, and chassis modifications should only be carried out by qualified professionals.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Queensland.
