Returns & Refunds Policy

At Relentless Chassis, we take pride in the quality of our custom fabrication and parts. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.


1. Custom-Made & Fabrication Work

  • All custom fabrication jobs and made-to-order parts are non-refundable unless they are faulty or do not meet the agreed specifications.

  • As these items are built to order, refunds and exchanges cannot be offered for change of mind.


2. Standard Products

Standard (non-custom) products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • Unused

  • In their original packaging

  • In the same condition as received

Proof of purchase is required for all returns.


3. Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If a product is faulty or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We may require photos or an inspection before approving a return or replacement.

  • Once approved, you can choose between:

    • A replacement product, or

    • A full refund.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is faulty or the wrong item was supplied.

  • We recommend using a tracked postage service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


5. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your bank or payment provider.
